You can easily resize your Cirrus or E-Commerce hosting account at any time. Billing is by the day so you will be charged or refunded a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing month.

To resize your server,

1. Log into the customer portal
2. Click "My Services"
3. Locate the hosting service that you want to resize and click the green arrow at the right side of the service's line
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" button.

Please note that you cannot resize your account if you have an unpaid invoice, even if the invoice is not yet due. The solution is to pay the invoice and then resize your account. If you are resizing to a smaller server, you will receive an appropriate credit to your account which will be applied to future hosting invoices. If you prefer a refund to your credit card, just contact our office and we will process it immediately.
