If you find that http://yourdomain/ works but http://www.yourdomain/ does not, that the "www" form brings up the default Plesk page for the server, change this setting within your Plesk control panel.

1. Log into the Plesk control panel
2. If you have a Stratus 5 account, click on Domains and then click on yourdomain.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Domain Administrator Access"
4. Near the top will be a line which reads, "Domain name: WWW [] yourdomain". Click the checkbox next to "WWW" and submit the form.
